Summary: The era of globalization brought about rapid advances in social, educational, economic, and technological spheres, resulting in an increased focus on a wide variety of socio-economic issues. One such area is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are three closely linked values that are working to be supportive of different groups of individuals, including people of different genders, abilities, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. These three values are often grouped together because they are interconnected, and it is only in combination that their true impact emerges. In simple terms, these can be defined as follows: Diversity refers to who is represented in the workforce. Equity refers to fair treatment for all people. Inclusion refers to how the workforce experiences the workplace and the degree to which organizations embrace all employees and enable them to make meaningful contributions. Organizations have felt the importance of DEI measures, especially after globalization, with workplaces becoming more diverse not only in terms of employees but also in terms of operational locations across the globe. Organizations are focusing on DEI as a measure of social responsibility and a strategic necessity, with the possibilities for both tangible and intangible benefits. This project aims to delve into the intricate relationship between diverse and inclusive workplace culture and its influence on people's productivity. We also aim to investigate how or if DEI can lead to greater employee engagement, collaboration, feelings of belongingness, and job satisfaction
