As Tanuja Katheria made her way home, on the unusually hot evening of May 1 st 2022, Ashwin Ashish could clearly witness the worry lines on his wife Tanuja’s face. While being the MD & CEO of BN Staffing Services, a bootstrapped startup, meant that she was used to tensions; it had been an unusually tense meeting with a client.
