The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted a lot of industry, especially the lodging industry. A change has been observed in the consumption behavior of millennials as well as Gen-Z in the current COVID scenario. This change complemented with the strict government regulations has tremendously damaged the bottom line of hotels. Hoteliers have been investing in marketing activities and have been undertaking various SOPs on their own so as to ensure safety and hygiene in the hotel. There has been a change in the importance of various offerings which is bundled as a package by the hotel industry in purview of the COVID scenario. These have been studied and concluded through qualitative and quantitative methods. The paper concludes with various recommendations that a hotelier should undertake or implement in the current COVID context so as to cope up in the pandemic as well as provide a better experience to customers.
