Such innovation has a huge effect on many businesses that includes marketing, healthcare, and the arts, from chatbots that can have natural talks to making personalized content. Still, moral concerns and possible abuses, like deepfakes, make it clear that responsible development and rules are needed. As this technology keeps getting better, it will likely change how we use and deal with digital information, which will bring both new opportunities and ethical challenges. Such innovation has a potential to disrupt Human Resource Management (HRM) value chain
