N2  - The world is moving fast with the innovation in the technology and investment. And so are the issues at hand for the world for a whole as a whole to deal with. Some of them would be plastic pollution, global warming, and deforestation. From another angle, a social and communal issue like the equity and poverty in society, the well-being of the marginalized, political welfare and identity crisis at various levels also exists. The rising awareness around all these have crafted a new generation, many of whom believe they have a responsibility towards these and have a role to play. This outlook also extends to companies and organizations, especially those with the power of enormous resources. Laws and regulations in many nations have also updated themselves to bring organizations to standards on these responsibilities. In this project, we will start from the root of the philosophy of purpose and extend it to one specific stakeholder, employees, to understand how they perceive purpose in companies and how it impacts them
