In modern workplaces, studying the impact of organizational culture on managerial stress is of great importance. This research project aims to establish how different dimensions of organizational culture contribute towards managerial stress, mental health, and work-life balance. This study would, therefore, further examine the nature and relationship that exists between organizational culture and managerial stress by considering some common determinants of stress, such as job satisfaction, burnout, job autonomy, and social support. The approach of this study would be mixed method in nature, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to get comprehensive insights from managers across organizations with different cultural orientations.
Expected findings include an in-depth analysis of how different organizational cultures influence the level of managerial stress, organizational support systems, work autonomy and work-life balance, and insights into how management styles and organizational culture collectively influence managers' coping strategies. The present research will add to the existing literature on the issue of the multifaceted impact of organizational culture on the well-being of managers with some practical recommendations for ensuring a healthier work environment.
